Toad Was the owner of the pub the Muddy Rudder, an establishment near the docks in Franciton that was frequented by sailors. His father, also named Toad, was a trusted acquaintance of Queen Mabin of Silverwood. Toad the Younger assisted Prince Mikkel, The Archmage Ajay, and Laralyn when they came to Franciton to investigate Mikkel's mysterious “engagement” to the Human princess.
